Health and Fitness Personal Training and Coaching - Beyond Only Pushing Weights

We will work as a team to get you the best health and fitness results possible in your Personal Training sessions, and outside of them.

You will be supported and guided by a friendly Personal Trainer who understands that the best way forward for fast yet long lasting results comes when keeping the approach simple, within reach of your comfort zone, with a friendly approach and in a welcoming and supportive space.

We'll create healthy and sustainable training, nutrition and life-styles. You'll be encouraged to move more naturally, simply and safely. We'll work to eat fresh, balanced, sustainably and colourfully. We'll say no to soul-less gyms - unfriendly competitive spaces, silly ego based exercises.

 

Sessions are bespoke, using tried and tested methods that get results. We'll squat, lift, push, lung, box, curl and plank our way to reduced body fat, improved muscle tone, flexibility, mobility, strength, energy, confidence and well-being.

This health and fitness journey will get you there safely, effectively and in good time. Pull from a range of disciplines - strength training, nutrition, flexibility and wellness approaches - all under one roof.

 

This is holistic health and fitness - pushing weights, eating well and beyond.

Covid Secure Training - Action has been taken in line with regulations to ensure that we reduce the risk of Covid transmission. There is the option to train online via Zoom etc, there is the option for outdoor training sessions, alcohol gel is provided for your use. The area is cleaned several times each day.
